Verde Valley Wellness Network

The Verde Valley Wellness Network is a volunteer-run community of holistic practitioners connecting
Cottonwood ~ Camp Verde ~ Cornville ~ Clarkdale ~ Rimrock ~ Jerome ~ Sedona
one relationship at a time.

Whether you live here, visit here, or practice here, you belong here.

The Verde Valley has always drawn people seeking something more: healers, seekers, and everyone in between. We started this network because we believe wellness works best in community, not isolation. So we built a bridge between the practitioners doing this work and the people looking for it. No membership fees to browse. No gatekeeping. Just neighbors helping neighbors find their way back to balance, in mind, body, and spirit.

why the verde valley

Long before wellness became a buzzword, the Verde Valley was already living it. The Verde River winds through the region, feeding cottonwood groves and creating a natural cool corridor through the high desert. Add a lower elevation than the Mogollon Rim above, and you get a rare gift: mild weather nearly year round, perfect for outdoor movement, breathwork, and quiet reflection under open sky.

Each town brings its own flavor to the mix. Sedona is known worldwide for its red rocks and the energy people say they feel among them. Just down the road, Jerome climbs the side of Cleopatra Hill, a former mining town turned artist colony, where creative energy runs as deep as the old mine shafts below it. Cottonwood centers around a walkable historic Main Street, home to local shops, wine tasting rooms, and a community that shows up for itself. Camp Verde holds the valley’s early history at Fort Verde, alongside a slower, grounded pace of life. Cornville stretches into farm and vineyard country, where community-supported agriculture and small growers keep nourishment close to the source. And Rimrock sits near Beaver Creek and Montezuma Well, where the water itself has drawn people seeking stillness for centuries.

Together, these towns form a wellness ecosystem that looks different from a typical spa town. Here, wellness might mean a sunrise hike, a soak in mineral water, a plate of food grown a few miles away, or a conversation with a practitioner who’s also your neighbor. It’s less about luxury and more about connection: to the land, to each other, and to the version of yourself that feels most like home.

This is a network built by volunteers, for the whole Verde Valley. Thanks for being part of it.
